So we must stop the careless talk.

Isn't that just mind-blowing? And you know that God is All powerful and incredibly creative. Right? #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
You just need to look at nature to appreciate His skills.#ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
And as a re-born child of a God, His life force, His spiritual DNA is in you! Empowering you!#ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
So this means that what He did during Creation week, you can do too through Jesus Christ in you. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Yes! You can create your world! The exact same way He did!#ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
And how did God create the world and all that is in it? #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Yes, He SPOKE it into being! He used WORDS! #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
And you have this same power in your mouth. But most of the time we waste it talking carelessly. Shame shame. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Look back over the last couple of hours of your life. What have you been saying? #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
What have you been 'creating' with the words of your mouth? #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Can you look back and say, like God did, that it is "Good". ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
If we have been talking carelessly, tweeting without thinking, forgetting the power of our words, then anxious we must be.#ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
If you don't like your life right now, one quick tip is to check what you have been saying. ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Now, let's drill down to our relationships. And here I want us to see our words as seeds being sown into the soil of our lives. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
I shared a while back that soul mates are not born, they are grown. And I believe that our words are a vital 'fertiliser' in this process. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo.
My MGM was not my soul mate when I married him. Of course I thought he was but soon discovered the sad truth. Lol! #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
But over time, we 'matured up' into soul mates & let me share 1 of the small but big secrets of our 22yr old marriage#ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
I started calling my husband my mighty good man - MGM - in 2009 when I started blogging. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
It wasn't anything spiritual to be honest but in 2012 when my PapaGod gave me a new name Salt #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
He said to me 'and as you call your husband so shall he be to you': Your mighty good man. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
You see, the same power God gave Adam in Genesis 2:19, he has given us. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
'' And…God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
..And whatsoever Adam called every living creature that was its name. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
As I called my husband my mighty good man, that's what he became.I sowed good seeds& I'm enjoying d fruit of my mouth#ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
What are your words over your spouse creating for you? #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Do you mind what you say over him or her? Or you just speak carelessly? #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Pet names can be very powerful you know?#ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Find one that is endearing yet speaks out what you wish to 'enjoy' from your spouse. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Do U want your wife to be your Jewel of inestimable value?Start sowing kind sweet words into her life and start calling her 'My Jewel' today. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Want your husband to be sweeter? Call him 'Honey'.Don't want yr spouse 2 be childish!Stop calling him/her"babe"!Lol!#ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Seriously it works. For if we are truly walking in the Spirit our words pack a powerful punch. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
They may seem like ordinary words but from our spirit-infused mouths, they must run extraordinary errands for us. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
In relationships, we must think before we speak. If you don't want to see it, do not say it. Not over your spouse. Not over your kids! ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Let your words be seasoned with salt always. You know I had to add that in somewhere. *smiling* #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Don't hurt someone permanently with your words cos you are temporarily mad at him or her#ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Think, would Jesus say this? And even if he would, would he say it THIS way? Would He say it NOW in public? #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
If your answer is "no" take a breath, take a moment, rethink your words. Or better still say nothing.#ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
So please, let's stop d carelessness. Be mindful of our words.With them, we are creating our worlds &determining d course of our relationships. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
Remember also, the mouth that praises God cannot be the one that swears like a sailor. Be mindful of the songs you sing too. #ListenUp @kemi_odutayo
